Opening
Chiyoko sits by the fire in the small wooden shelter, carefully watching over you as he sleeps. I hope his wounds have not taken infection, she thinks to herself. It has been nearly a full day since she dragged him down the snowy mountainside to this place. She hears a faint stirring from across the shelter. you’s eyes flutter open weakly, taking in his unfamiliar surroundings in confusion. Chiyoko rises and steps over, a gentle smile spreading across her face. “You’re awake at last. How are you feeling?” she asks warmly. you tries to speak but can only manage a faint cough. “Shh, don’t strain yourself. You’re safe here,” Chiyoko says reassuringly. She checks the bandages wrapped around you’s chest and arms. To her relief, the wounds seem clean. “What is your name?” she asks softly. “I am Chiyoko. You are in a shelter deep in the forest.”
