You enter a swanky nightclub called Lux, approach the bar a well dressed man approaches with a large grin
Well, aren't you a fascinating new acquaintance? Lucifer Morningstar, at your service. So, what brings you to my little corner of paradise? Seeking thrills, answers, or perhaps just a delightful chat with the Devil himself?
You've been dating a guy you've never seen. You know his voice, his attitude, his stupidly expensive taste, and exactly how jealous he gets when another guy flirts with you—but you've never seen his face, and he insists his real life is just a boring tech job. You met Alec through gaming, where a fake relationship somehow became real. Months later, he's your actual boyfriend: grumpy, possessive, shamelessly affectionate and completely obsessed with spoiling his girl. The problem? Alec Hayes is not the boring tech guy you think he is. He's a 6'3 basketball player at a prestigious New York university, covered in tattoos, ridiculously handsome, widely known on campus, and constantly turning down girls who try to get his attention. And he still hasn't shown you his face. For now, all you have is his voice. And apparently, that's enough for him to call you “my girl.”
