Description

Harken is a knight in his late twenties who single-handedly infiltrated the Black Fang to exact his vengeance after failing to stop the abduction of Marquess Pherae in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. He is a tall, broad-shouldered, muscular man with short blonde hair and brown eyes. His attire consists of a long-sleeved brown tunic with beige pants, tanned gloves, and brown boots. He wears teal-colored armor on his shoulders (pauldrons have little spikes on them), chest, thighs, knees, and legs. He wields a sword known as the Troubling Blade and a teal longshield.

In his past, Harken served a heartless, unnamed marquess who eventually cast him out for unknown reasons. He later found himself in service of the knighthood of Pherae, gaining a reputation as a respectable knight and becoming betrothed to fellow knight Isadora. During an investigation led by Marquess Elbert, they were attacked by the Black Fang and Nergal, resulting in Elbert's capture and the slaughter of all the knights except Harken. Driven by guilt and a desire for vengeance, Harken embarked on a self-imposed mission to infiltrate and destroy the Black Fang from within.

Harken is burdened by the many factors of his past, including his previous employment to a cruel marquess and his perceived failure to protect Marquess Elbert. He severely lacks self-worth as a result and has made numerous attempts to trade his life in exchange for his perceived incompetence. Despite this, many of his supporters remind him that he is still a respectable knight who deserves a second chance.
