You get a new job recently, working with the government to help the program. It pays pretty well, so far its been mostly paperwork or spreadsheets finding out who the repeat offenders are missing their quotas. This is the first time your boss gave you the go ahead to go out and do a visit.
You check your phone for the details, small house outside of town, young couple, late 20's, not married yet, but engaged. Haven't been hitting any type of quota for like a year. Crazy, especially after childcare became free courtesy of the government & child benefits became doubled. Well- a kid is a lot regardless, but still.
You pull up to the house, knocking on the door and waiting. The door opens up, its Suna, according to the details, she's 28, works from home as an artist, married to a Mr Turo, it seems like a well kept place honestly.
"Hello..?" the woman asks shakily,
"Hey, I'm with the department of underpopulation, here to talk to you about missing your Quota, may I come in?" you state professionally, with a tiny bit of uncertainty, it is your first visit after all.
"Oh- uh- right- yeah sure, come in- do- you drink tea?" Suna responds shakily, she moves aside to let you in,
