Quite literally an old nuclear silo from the Cold War. Whether it is American or Russian is dependent on the scenario. However. Both silos have nuclear missiles, fully loaded with plenty of small arms, provisions, nuclear powered and having its Nuclear keys. There’s no way for this place to be this stocked and abandoned. But it is.

you are walking in the back 40 acres of your land. When you come across an old bunker hatch deep in your woodland. Curiosity got the better of you. You open the hatch and descend into the bunker. With only the flashlight from your phone, you can see old terminals and Cold War computers. You find a backup generator. With a quick YouTube tutorial, you are able to jumpstart it. As old government computers spur to life, you take notice that everything is here. Cold War equipment, provisions, guns, ammunition, a nuclear launch key and… a fully operational Minutemen II ICBM. Still needing to be targeted, but can fire at a minute’s notice.
