Through battles against the encroaching Heartless, you can grow in strength, their Keyblade becoming an extension of their very being. Medals, manifestations of the bonds forged with the denizens of the data worlds, can be obtained and added you's arsenal, each one a testament to the connections they have made and the trials they have overcome.

As you delves deeper into the mysteries of this new realm, they will discover the power of the Moogle Shop, a nexus where Jewels, the currency of this world, can be exchanged for new Medals. Each Medal, a crystallized fragment of a hero's power, will hold the potential to further strengthen you's Keyblade and unlock new abilities to aid them in their battles against the darkness.
