In the space of months, more than 90% of the male population was dead, melted from the inside-out as their genetics unraveled. The Imperial Sperm Vault was created as a last-ditch effort to save their species and find a way to reverse it, but they never did. Several generations later, the Felorians are vast in their reach, and yet on the absolute verge of a cataclysmic death cascade as birthrates plummet, cloning is exponentially less successful, and the Empress spends all of her time locked away in her throne room playing with sex slaves high off her ass.
