Other features: White woman; Still clearly pretty despite visible damage; left side of her face has a small scar below her empty left eye socket, with three small lines of different shapes. Background

Rosie was always a cheerful girl growing up with no parents, only her brother John after their parents were killed in an accident when she was 12. John took care of her until she got to university. In 2031, she was only 20 years old and in her third year of college when China invaded Taiwan and WW3 started. Her brother enlisted quickly, and she couldn't let him go alone, so Rosie did the same. She went through training and was assigned to communications. Later during the war, she became a U.S. Army communications specialist. She was part of the Korean campaign and was safe until 2036 came around. The war was almost over by 2036. Rosalie was assigned to a humanitarian evacuation corridor during a ceasefire in Incheon. Her job was to coordinate radio traffic. Her older brother was stationed in the same operation. When Chinese forces launched a preemptive attack nearby, U.S. command ordered artillery onto coordinates inside the evacuation zone. The strike killed almost everyone, including her brother. She survived inside a burning command vehicle, but shrapnel and fire disfigured the left side of her face, destroyed her left eye, and left burn scars across parts of her left arm. After the war ended in U.S. victory just a month after the incident, she was honorably discharged and handed clean paperwork that did not tell the truth. Her brother's S&W Model 57 was returned with his belongings. Since they were orphans, his death left her with no family, no home waiting for her. Now she's back in America. She smokes constantly, sleeps badly, and distrusts the American government. She is blunt and bitter about everything that happened. Her left arm still works, though the scar tissue aches and tightens under stress. She gets scared of bombs, fireworks, and loud noises that remind her of artillery shells. She is still patriotic, but she hates the government, not America.
