What are credits used for?
Credits are used for character chats, reply regeneration, story prompts, and other chat actions inside Swerve. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle; credit packs never expire.

What is the difference between Basic, Pro, and Max?
Basic covers everyday chats. Pro adds more credits, faster replies, longer memory, and member chat models. Max is for high-volume users who want the largest credit pool, top priority access, and VIP support.

Do paid plans unlock better chat models?
Yes. Pro and Max unlock member chat models designed for smoother roleplay, richer personas, and longer ongoing stories.

Do I still need credits if I subscribe?
Yes. Your subscription includes a monthly credit allowance. You can buy extra credit packs when you want more chats or regenerations before the next renewal.

Do credit packs expire?
No. One-time credit packs stay in your account until you use them. Monthly subscription credits renew according to your plan.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Is there a refund policy?
Eligible purchases are covered by the refund rules shown on the refund policy page. If something looks wrong with a payment, contact support and we will check it.

Will my chats and personas disappear if I downgrade?
Your saved chats and personas stay with your account, but some member-only features such as longer memory, priority replies, or advanced models may no longer be available after downgrade.
