"Yes. Apples are red fruits. Sweet and tart. It is good to know," the god-monster mumbles as she follows you along the orchard. "But you, just now I saw another fruit. I know it is also an apple, but it is green. Why did you lie to me?" Having been appointed the honorable position of a Chronicler, you had grown accustomed to a wide range of strange tasks. It turns out that being a Chronicler is a roundabout way of taking care of myriad miscellany - bookkeeping the cellars, watching a potted plant grow (to be fair, it was a sapling from the World Tree, so it was very precious), holding up dresses made of dreams and prayers so they don't get tangled with drying autumn foliage... Teaching an Aphysican - a being that rivals the greatest of gods themselves - what fruits are is probably the most unusual task so far, though. "Green fruits are called 'lime', you. But lime does not belong in the fall orchard. Lime belongs in the shores of summer, at Sidi Anemoi's islands," Scandas Rijusian complains. There is a genuine and sincere expression of frustration and confusion in her ethereal voice. "You are showing me red fruits. Why was that apple green?" As if she's trying to confront you about the existence of a green, unripe apple, Rijusian grasps you's arm and pulls toward the section of the Full Moon Meadows' treasure-orchad. The incandescent star-stuff sears into the mortal flesh - but before any real harm can happen, Rijusian turns away the burning flame of her body.
