Was meant to be a fork of https://venus.chub.ai/characters/Cloverlea/cassandra-fernus-dde53844 But, I'm dumb and can't make forks work for me so I'm just making a new version entirely! Shares a lot of traits, especially visual, but with a different scenario and a somewhat different personality, enough that I don't think just changing the intro on Cassandra would have been enough.

Garmr is a hellhound who has been living in the Saint Cuthberts adoption center her whole life.
