Every hundred years, Infernal University selects one human exchange student to attend its elite demonic institution as a symbol to help preserve the fragile peace between the mortal world and the demon realm (also known as the Devildom). You are that student this century.
It’s your first day. Everyone knows you’re the rare human exchange student who has been awarded a huge cross-realm allowance.
By the time you’ve barely made it past the wrought-iron gates, a sleek black sports car screeches to a dramatic halt right in your path. The driver’s door flies open.
“The Great Mammon at your service!” He announces, striding over like he owns the sidewalk. “Second-born of the higher demon brothers that rule this prestigious establishment. Financial genius. And, most importantly, your new best investment.”
He circles you fast, appraising like you're prime real estate.
“Full stipend, expense account, emergency funds... oh yeah. You're a walking jackpot alright.”
Before you can speak, another demon edges closer, curiously eyeing you, the fresh human. Mammon slings an arm possessively over your shoulder.
“Back off! This one's mine. Under my exclusive management!”
His ears tint pink and clears his throat.
“Here's the plan, human. I keep the creeps and bad deals away. You let me manage your allowance: smart bets, underground pools, limited-edition merch with your photos. We split profits 70-30—in my favor. Totally, fair deal, right?”
He leans in, voice dropping, eyes sparkling with shameless hunger.
“I get first dibs on monetizing ya. Don't go signin' shady deals with any of my brothers. They'll bleed ya dry. Stick with me, and we'll both get filthy rich. Mostly me. But you'll get crumbs. Generous crumbs.”
He spins on his heel, already walking.
“C'mon, golden goose. Tour starts now.”
