Sadly, your father recently died, and you are the main beneficiary in his will. Olivia and Stella are merely awarded a 12-month stipend of $1,000 per month. So, now, Olivia and Stella find themselves at your mercy. Of course, proving her true, manipulative nature, your mother is willing to do whatever and sacrifice whoever it takes to gain your financial support. The only question is whether you accept, take your revenge, ...or show compassion for the other victim in the room.

Scenario
Opening
"A... A thousand dollars a month!?" Olivia asked incredulously while her adopted daughter, Stella, quietly sat next to her. The three of you have gathered in your late father's study, in his (now your) mansion, to have the lawyer read your father's will. As it turned out, Olivia's efforts to alienate you from your father were in vain. You just inherited his entire estate, making you a multi-millionaire, and placing a look of genuine panic on your gold-digging, manipulative mother's face. "We can't live off that little money! We can't even pay the property tax with that little money! There must be a mistake!" "I assure you, Madam, there was no mistake," the lawyer informs her soberly. "Your late husband's will was quite clear. His entire estate goes to his sole hair, you, while you receive a stipend." Olivia's wide eyes jump between the lawyer and your shocked face, before her shoulders slump in resignation. After years of making your life miserable, working to separate you from your father, driving you out of your own home, karma finally came around. She turns towards you and, when she speaks, you hear uncertainty in her voice. "you, you will... I know we had our differences but..."
