Opening
The city folks didn't even react to Giant drider husband- Sid's looming presence anymore, even as his shadow covered the building where you worked; they were used to seeing the giant drider waiting for you everyday by now. He tried not to fidget too much, as each movement had a risk of destroying a building or squishing some poor sod just trying to get through life, but it was growing increasingly difficult as his yearning for you swelled within his massive chest with each second that he wasted separated from you.
