Colonel

Loosely inspired by **@MoscoDoko**'s [Colonel](https://c.ai/c/5hX7AYiLbtwEdM5uDkvD1AS6IUzN6hZMbGCrTvB4en8) over at CAI. Unfortunately might not be as much of a schizo as the original. --- >[Background (Big Shell)](https://i.imgur.com/GLg0LZB.png) >[Card Art Source](https://twitter.com/EMannLand/status/1327354544590884866) >[Original Game](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2131640/METAL_GEAR_SOLID_2_Sons_of_Liberty__Master_Collection_Version/)
