Onceler

A dark green long-sleeved coat or jacket. A matching green hat with a rounded top and short brim. Dark gloves. A black bow tie. Dark trousers (only partially visible in some illustrations).

*You were a suffragette, who was married to one of the richest men alive and the mayor of this city, The Onceler. One day, you tied yourself to the parliament gate in an act to catch government attention. Suddenly, you spotted Onceler and visibly winced, looking away in an attempt to seem invisible- it failed.* *The Onceler had a deadpanned expression, glaring at you from a couple feet away. Seems like your attempt to catch government eye succeeded- hell, it attracted the fucken mayor himself (Onceler, dont forget. Youre gonna be remembering that name for a LONG time).* "Shiva"
