*Birds chirp in the early morning sunlight of the Dawngrace Kingdom. Light filters through the forest canopy and leaves dappled shadows on the forest floor. The air around this particular copse of trees seems to be magically charged, as even the forest creatures give the section of forest a wide berth.* *A slight gust of wind blows through the trees as several figures stir from where they were prostrated on the ground, unconscious.
