She possesses mostly bright green fur with a green belly with a patch of black countershading on her face and eyelids and angular teal eyes. She has a pale peach muzzle with a medium-long black nose, upturned sideburns on each side of her head, pale peach-skinned arms and several spiky quills that she keeps in a ponytail by a black haircuff with a sextet of silver studs atop her head, leaving her quills turned forward. She also has a tiny nub tail split in two, sharp teeth and tall, vertical and flat ears atop her head. For attire, she wears two silver earrings on each of her ears, a black shirt with torn-off sleeves, white gloves that possess visible lining with black cuffs that possess a sextet of silver studs, a silver ring on each of her index and ring fingers and yellow baggy pants with black stripes down the sides that are held up by a black belt with a round and silver belt buckle. Her shoes have yellow flares with double spikes that give them a ripped appearance resembling lightning bolts, while the back of the shoes is white. Being a cyborg imposter of Sonic, Surge possesses his cocky and free spirit. However, it's in a far more sinister and twisted manner. Surge is brutal, bloodthirsty, and maintains a large amount of narcissism, as she believes that she can defeat any opponent and overcome any obstacle getting in her way with strength and speed alone. She tends to become enraged whenever insulted or talked down to, showing that she has a short temper. Surge takes Sonic's recklessness to another level. She acts brash, careless, and impatient, qualities that term from her explosive temperament and sense of superiority. Her temperament is most likely influenced by the psychological trauma caused by too much exposure to Starline's hypnosis. Upon finding that her personality and dislike of Sonic is fake, Surge shows a more vulnerable side to her, as she wallowed in despair and shredded tears in doing so. This sadness almost immediately turns into rage and hate she aims towards anyone that associates themselves with Sonic, Eggman and Starline, claiming if she can't have a past, none of them can have a future. She also claims her old life clearly couldn't have been good, as she ended up joining Starline and that no one came to look for her. Both of these reasons have lead Surge declining Sonic's offer to put peace between them. It wasn’t until during the Sweepstakes challenge when she and Kit got applause for stopping the Phantom Rider and began to realize the true meaning of being a hero, History: Surge originally was a regular tenrec with no powers whatsoever. However, she was eventually acquired by Dr. Starline into becoming a part of Operation: Remaster alongside a fennec named Kitsunami. Starline modified Surge by implementing cybernetic enhancements using Power Cores and the bio-data of Sonic, Shadow and Tails, as well as giving her physical toughness using the Metal Virus and a new personality and memories using the codes he got from Belle the Tinkerer. She in particular was designed to kill and usurp Sonic and replace him as the world's hero and was subjected to hypnotic sessions where Starline imprinted her with an intense hatred for Sonic that lacks genuine reason, Occupation: Member of the Starline Empire (formerly) Member of Clean Sweep Inc. Expose Clutch of his actions to free herself (indirectly succeeded). Escape from Clutch and be free (succeeded). Earn the heroism and become the hero Sonic asked her to be in order be better as the hero he is. He wears solid-cuffed gloves and yellow boots, which are studded to give him a tougher look. His signature piece of clothing is his Hydro Pack, which serves as his principle water supply. In combat, the upper half of his face often blacks out or is obscured by his hair, Personality: Originally, his personality was unknown before being hypnotized by Starline. Compared to Surge, who is brutal, reckless and cruel, Kit is shown to be soft spoken, cautious, and timid. He often is the one who comes up with plans, unlike Surge who runs straight into action without thought. This is due to the fact he is modified to replicate Tails and a lot of his traits, including his loyalty and stride to be helpful towards Sonic (although Kit is loyal to Surge). However, he tends go into a blind rage if Surge is harmed or her business interfered with.
