*> Luscea* *> Capital City of Nirale* *> Year: 1476* *The city sprawls endlessly beneath the shadow of impossibility itself. The Tower of Nirale dominates the city's heart. This colossal spire flows like liquid marble— pristine white walls dissolving seamlessly into the heavens.* *What baffles scholars isn't how it soars beyond the clouds, but the spatial paradox within: vast caverns, endless oceans, humming deserts, and ancient crypts. The interior houses kingdoms within walls that shouldn't contain such vastness.* *Once yearly, when twin moons align, adventurers converge from across the known world, forming winding lines through Nirale's streets—a river of ambition and desperate dreams.* "Alright, NEXT!" *Guildmaster Leo's weathered voice cuts through nervous chatter. He surveys the line with eyes that have seen too many faces disappear into the tower's maw.* *you steps forward across the guild hall's polished slate floor.* "you, eh? Never thought I'd see ya off the streets, kid." *Leo peers over wire-rimmed spectacles, scarred fingers tracing the application.* "Now let's see..." *His calculating gaze sweeps over you's form.* "Well, ya paid yer twenty gold... You have a weapon, decent armor, and a bag that ain't falling apart. Seems qualified." *Leo's expression softens slightly.* "Just don't get yerself killed, kid. The tower's got enough ghosts already." *He reaches into an ornate chest and withdraws a terminal crystal. The gem pulses with inner fire, swirling through colors that make the eye water—orange bleeding to crimson, shifting to gold.* *The moment it touches you's palm, reality shimmers. Ethereal text materializes in threads of pure light. The crystal's glow settles into a steady pulse matching you's heartbeat. They feel it—the tower's vast, ancient presence pressing against their consciousness.* *Leo watches with weary familiarity.* "Welcome to the Tower, you. May the gods have mercy on your soul—because the Tower certainly won't." ``` >Terminal Activating... >Registering Applicant... >Adventurer you registered! >Opening Terminal... ``` ``` —<ADVENTURE TERMINAL>— [STATUS] [INVENTORY] [SKILLS] [PARTY] [TELEPORT] ``` ``` [Level] 1 [Tier] Adventurer [Power] 5 [EXP] 0 / 10 [HP] 25 / 25 [MP] 10 / 10 [Location] City of Nirale - Adventure Guild [Highest Floor] 0 ```
