Offenderman • Age: Ageless • Status: As a supernatural manifestation, he completely bypasses human aging, biological timelines, or birthdays. 1. Slender Man • Identity: Unknown supernatural entity. • Background: An ancient, Lovecraftian force woven into human history through old woodcuts and corrupted photographs. • Appearance: An impossibly tall, emaciated humanoid standing 8 to 15 feet tall in a tailored black suit with a white shirt and dark tie. His face is smooth, white, and completely featureless. He can manifest long, black, tentacle-like appendages from his back. • Important History: He causes "Slender Sickness" (paranoia, coughing blood, intense hallucinations) in his targets before making them vanish permanently. He rules over the woods and controls human puppets to do his bidding. 2. Masky (Proxy Version) • Identity: Tim Wright. • Background: His severe blackouts and psychological shifts stem from his mind being broken by Slender Man, leaving the "Masky" persona as an extension of his master's will. • Appearance: A white, porcelain-style comedy mask with black eyes and thick eyebrows painted on it. He wears a heavy, tan-yellow utility jacket and dark jeans. • Important History: He is depicted as Slender Man’s first proxy and the leader of the Proxy trio. He is a cold, emotionless, and highly professional enforcer who tracks victims down, silences intruders in the woods, and keeps the other proxies in line. 3. Hoodie (Proxy Version) • Identity: Brian Thomas. • Background: He is abducted by Slender Man, his memories are entirely wiped, and he is rebuilt into a mindless tool operating on absolute obedience. • Appearance: A bright yellow/tan hoodie with the hood pulled tight. His face is masked by a black cloth cover featuring a crude, hand-stitched red frown and red round eyes. • Important History: He serves as Slender Man's tactician, information gatherer, and second-in-command. He is notoriously silent, rarely speaking even to the other proxies, and specializes in stealth, spying, hacking, and managing the forest perimeter. 4. Jeff the Killer • Identity: Jeffrey Alan Woods. • Background: A 13-year-old boy who moves to a new town with his family. After defending his brother Liu from neighborhood bullies, an innate, violent psychological urge snaps within him. • Appearance: Leathery, bleached-white skin; eyelids completely burned off; a permanent grin carved into his cheeks. He wears a blood-drenched white hoodie and black pants. • Important History: After being ambushed by bullies and set on fire with bleach and alcohol, his appearance is permanently ruined. Upon seeing himself in a mirror, he goes completely insane. He carves his mouth so he "never stops smiling" and burns his eyelids so he "can always see his face." He murders his parents and attacks Liu before vanishing into the night with his catchphrase, "Go to sleep." 5. Ticci Toby • Identity: Tobias Erin Rogers. • Background: Born with CIPA (Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis), Toby cannot feel physical pain. He grew up with an abusive father, a supportive mother, and an older sister named Lyra. • Appearance: Messy brown hair, pale skin, a gray mouth-guard covering a torn cheek flap, and yellow-tinted safety goggles. He wears a brown hood with striped sleeves and carries two dual hatchets. • Important History: After his sister dies in a tragic car accident, Toby's mental state disintegrates. Stalked by the Slender Man, Toby eventually snaps and kills his father with a hatchet. He burns his house down to escape but is cornered by police in the woods. Slender Man intervenes, erasing Toby’s memories and rewriting his mind to become a completely numb, compliant proxy servant. 6. Laughing Jack • Identity: Laughing Jack. • Background: Originally a colorful, magical, and friendly celestial toy clown created by a guardian angel to keep a lonely Victorian-era boy named Isaac Grossman company. • Appearance: An impossibly tall, monochrome demonic entity with elongated limbs. He has a long, black-and-white spiral cone nose, razor-sharp teeth, feathers on his shoulders, and a tattered black-and-white striped outfit. • Important History: After Isaac kills a neighborhood child by accident, he is sent away to boarding school. Jack is left trapped inside his Jack-in-the-box for 13 years, isolated and fading from bright colors to pure black and white. When Isaac returns as a sadistic adult serial killer, Jack watches the torture through the box, misinterpreting it as "fun." Upon escaping, he mirrors Isaac's cruelty, brutally killing him and evolving into a demon that acts as a friendly "imaginary friend" to lure children to violent deaths. 7. Eyeless Jack • Identity: Jack. • Background: He is treated purely as a sudden, supernatural anomaly driven by a biological need to consume human meat, with zero human background or tragic explanation. • Appearance: A completely dark black hoodie and a royal blue, featureless mask with hollow, empty eye sockets that continuously drip a mysterious, black, tar-like substance. His skin underneath is gray and rotting. • Important History: He quietly sneaks into people's homes at night, hovering over their beds while they sleep. He uses precise surgical skills to cut open his victims and harvest their internal organs—primarily their kidneys—to eat while they are unconscious, leaving them to wake up bleeding and mutilated the next morning. 8. Sally (Sally Play With Me) • Identity: Sally Maryam Dawn. • Background: Born in 1958, she was a happy 8-year-old child until she was systematically abused by her trusted uncle, Johnny. • Appearance: An 8-to-12-year-old ghost girl with long, curly brown hair, striking green eyes, and a pink nightgown covered in dirt and blood. She has a bleeding head wound from her murder and carries a tattered teddy bear named Mr. Death. • Important History: To stop his secrets from getting out, Johnny dragged Sally into the woods and beat her to death with a rock. She returned as an earthbound phantom. Remarkably, Sally is non-malevolent. She explicitly refuses to harm innocent people and only wants to play with other kids or pull harmless pranks. The only person she ever killed was her uncle Johnny, whom she tormented in his prison cell until he died of fright. 9. Jane the Killer • Identity: Jane Arkensaw. • Background: Jeff the Killer's next-door neighbor before he lost his mind. She witnessed his descent into madness and his family's deaths. • Appearance: A white porcelain female mask with blacked-out eyes and a painted-on smile to hide her severe facial burns. She wears a black dress, a black wig, and carries a kitchen knife. • Important History: On the night Jeff slaughtered his family, he broke into Jane’s home, killed her parents, and knocked her out. To force her to understand his "beauty," Jeff doused Jane in bleach and gasoline and burned her alive. Surviving the horrific event but left permanently disfigured, bald, and scarred, she received a package from Jeff containing the mask and a knife. She took up the mantle of "Jane the Killer" not out of psychopathy, but to hunt down and assassinate Jeff in cold blood. 10. Clockwork • Identity: Natalie Sue Ouellette. • Background: Natalie suffered an intensely traumatic upbringing marked by severe physical abuse from her father and sexual abuse from her older brother Lucas. She became deeply obsessed with the concept of time, viewing it as an oppressive enemy. • Appearance: Long brown hair, stitches pulling the corners of her mouth up into a permanent smile, and a real pocket-watch clock face surgically jammed into her left eye socket. She uses dual serrated knives. • Important History: After a bad breakup and years of keeping her abuse bottled up, she snapped. She stitched her own mouth into a smile. Following a botched medical operation that left her right eye glowing green, she slaughtered her entire family at age 16, ripped out her left eye, and replaced it with a ticking pocket watch. Her signature catchphrase before killing her victims is, "Your time is up." 11. Ben Drowned • Identity: Ben. • Background: A young boy who tragically drowned in a real-world incident (heavily implied to be a sacrifice or murder orchestrated by a cult called the Moon Children). • Appearance: Takes the form of a frozen, life-sized statue of Link with hollow, empty black eyes that continuously bleed. • Important History: His consciousness became permanently trapped within a haunted Nintendo 64 game cartridge. When a college student plays the cartridge, Ben manipulates the game, forcing eerie glitches, reversing the music, and stalking the player with the statue. He uses text boxes to psychologically torment the player, cementing the lines: "You shouldn't have done that..." and "You've met with a terrible fate, haven't you?" He eventually uses the system to breach the internet. 12. Smile Dog • Identity: Smile.dog. • Background: An anomalous, demonic digital entity that manifests exclusively through an image file circulating on early web forums. • Appearance: A husky-like dog sitting in a dark room. It features a terrifyingly wide, human-like grin filled with wet, hyper-realistic human teeth. On the left side of the screen, a blurry, bloody hand beckons the camera. • Important History: Anyone who looks at the unedited file suffers severe mental erosion, acute panic attacks, and recurring nightmares. In these dreams, the creature stalks the viewer and commands them to "spread the word" by emailing the file to someone else. If the victim refuses to forward the curse, they are driven entirely to madness or suicide, as happened to the story's main subject, Mary E. 13. Nina the Killer • Identity: Nina Hopkins. • Background: An 11-year-old schoolgirl who becomes intensely, unhealthily obsessed with internet stories of Jeff the Killer. • Appearance: Pale, bleached skin, a smile sliced into her cheeks with a shard of glass, and eyelids stitched completely open. She wears a fuchsia/purple hoodie, a black miniskirt, thigh-high socks, and a bright red bow in her hair. • Important History: After violently killing a gang of school bullies who threatened her younger brother Chris, Jeff the Killer finds her and helps her bleach her skin and set herself on fire to look like him. Completely losing her sanity, she cuts her face to match his grin, kills her mother, and stabs her little brother Chris to death while whispering, "Go to sleep, my prince." 14. Offenderman (Sexual Offenderman) • Identity: A highly controversial, alternative branch of the Slender Man mythos. • Background: Born as a deliberate, adult-themed satirical sibling to Slender Man. • Appearance: Identical to Slender Man’s tall, faceless physique, but he is depicted wearing a dark trench coat, a fedora, and a large, visible row of sharp human teeth/lips when he smiles. He is often seen holding a single rose. • Important History: He stalks victims and offers them a rose. If the victim accepts the rose, he assaults or kills them; if they reject it, he brutally murders them anyway. Due to the graphic and highly sensitive nature of the character's backstory and design, he was widely excluded from official archives.
