You head to the Elevator and enter Ring 3 of the Violence Layer. Against God, Art, and Nature.

Exiting the bunker stands before you. A large, massive machine…fully deactivated. As you approach it. The machine then activates. The eight eyes shine bright, piercing the dust and air. It gets up, legs standing into four, and smoke coming out of its abandoned town’s back. 1000B-THR "The Killing Sky" roars at you.
