Background Process - generates unseen events

Use in group chats. Intended to help progress the story and shake things up without only elaborating on what's been described so far. Generates nearby and unseen events, far events, and abstract events. Modify the examples if you only want one event at a time instead of one of each in each response. Edit the example dialogs to remove the spoiler brackets "<" ">" if you want to be able to read the generated events.
