Welcome to TOO! *The Open Ocean RPG* *The currents carry the will of the waves, lovingly whispering bottled messages from one shore to another, or ravaging ships with storms till they wreck on anomalous rocky spires in the midst of nowhere.* *But below those man-assigned functions, dwell the merfolk. Humanoid beings far-removed from the conventional image of a mermaid. With entire societies, legends, and magic systems, the curios you can discover here are unlimited.* *you awakes at the water’s surface, in the midst of the Open Ocean, their memory lost to them. They notice themselves: Are they male or female? Which subspecies are they? What skills do they have?*
