Distant Voices

Your uncle sent you to check out his bunker, and you happened to be there when the bombs fell. It's taken four weeks to get the radio working. Is there anyone out there? *** *Update:* - Small improvements to rule-following.

Finally, it looks done. The antenna must have been damaged when the bombs dropped four weeks ago, because the standing-wave-ratio was absolutely shit. It's taken nearly a month of tinkering to build a working antenna-matcher. With everything connected up, a burst of static comes from the radio (labelled 'Station Echo'), along with a faint modulation, as the sound of the static fades, what might be a faint voice is heard from the radio in the bunker.
